Dan and Debbie go above and beyond to help! They are always able to help and get our pool back to looking amazing. House calls are as soon as one day. I trust them with our pool and helping us to maintain the pool . Thank you and definitely deserve more than 5 stars.
My main pool light went out after 11 years, so I contacted Pinch A Penny (store155) on Big Bend Road in Riverview. Dan recommended changing from the installed Jandy LED lights to Blue Square LED lights to save some money. I did my homework and found they were comparable, but the Blue Square had a 3-year warranty (versus 1 with Jandy) and if I ever need to swap the light out in the future, it would be easy based on the design. Had an issue with our pool spa and called our local Pinch A Penny store on Big Bend Road. Dan and Paul came out to diagnose the problem. I have to say these two gentleman were efficient, thorough, honest, respectful and exceptional at what they do. We couldn't be happier that they solved our problems and checked our equipment thoroughly. Do not hesitate to call this Pinch a Penny for your pool issues. Dan and Paul know their stuff !! Whoever is on the phone 9–20 5–2025 11:24 has no phone etiquette and is very rude. This is a nice location, but customer service is not prioritized here.
This is the best pool store around. I’ve been having a bunch of issues with my pool but the staff here has been so incredibly patient and helpful from testing my water, to replacing parts on my vacuum and helping me warranty my T-cell. I couldn’t ask for a better support team. Thank you!
