Mark, the manager, was very polite and generous with his time. The company that had been handling my pool left Houston. I was taking care of the pool, however not very well. The pool went to a deep green in 4 days. Dedgy, who is about to graduate collage, was my initial contact person. Dedgy was very helpful and got the process of cleaning up pool my started.
