This was by far the worst Pinch-A-Penny I have ever worked at. The owner, kandy, is completely dysfunctional and has no idea how to properly run a business. She wouldnt pay us on time/paid us late multiple times while I was employed here. Instead of addressing or fixing problems when employees bring them up, she scapegoats her staff and shifts the blame. It’s easily the most poorly run business I’ve ever been a part of, and the toxic management makes it an awful place to work.

This place doesn't even answer their phone during business hours. Called about 10 times throughout the day without anyone picking up the phone.
