I had a pool pump leak and they were the only company that was so responsive. They were going to call out their team for repair for reasonable pricing but I went in with a damaged part and Ray and Dawn were extremely helpful to get my pump fix for pennies. No wonder they call this place Pinch a Penny. I highly recommend this team of professionals.
Andy saved the day! I called frantically at closing time to try and buy a net to rescue a turtle from the pool and Andy saved the day by offering to come to the house to rescue the turtle so I didn't have to drive to the store for a 1 time pool net use. I am blown away at the service and kindness of this team!! Will certainly patronize them again soon.
Friendly and professional service
Usually I go to my locally pinch a penny in Lantana, FL, But had to go to Delray beach, So I stopped in to get my Pool water tested,friendly staff and very clean and organized store! Too bad it is so far from my home,but if I'm ever in need of a hot tub,I know where I'll be buying it at.
They deserve 10 stars! Rey has helped us with our pool so many times! Always available and always has a solution! My pool looks beautiful, clean and blue!!!!!! Thank you Rey!
