Today, I went to get my pool vac checked out. One of the drive gears had failed and needed replacement. Unfortunately, the part was not in stock and was going to be 3-4 days to get. Immediately, the owner asked one of his coworkers to grab the display model. He checked it and said it was the correct part for my vac. He sprung into action quickly, swapping out the part for me. To be honest, I was astonished at this level of service. It was truly a 5 Star Experience. Thank you.
