I only shop the Thomasville Pinch a Penny store when they are advertising a sale on a product that I need a lot of. Their prices are a little lower than the local competitors but the customer service is terrible. I was there yesterday to get 15 bags of salt and both of the employees there were rude and did not even attempt to respond to me or my wife. We both attempted to make friendly conversation and received only a loud and irritated sigh. I will be paying the slightly higher price at the other pool store from now on.
I went to PAP today and received the BEST customer service from Kaylei. She was pleasant and very knowledgeable. Made me feel so much better about having my pool lol, because I was about to drain it and sell it. Also they are very reasonably priced. So glad I found them online.
