These guys do a great job, i have my pool chemicals checked 1x per week during summer. Always helpful.
Jose came to teach us how to use our pool pump and fixed our light on the spot! He was on time, patient with all of our questions, and made sure we understood how to work everything. Highly recommend!
Awful terrible service. Brandon skef Emory - I signed contract, they took payment, waited 2 weeks and day of first service they called to cancel. Said they decided they did not want to service my address. Now, my pool is sitting 2 weeks no chemicals. Do not use them if you are a new client.
We've been using Pinch A Penny for years...weekly water tests done and every 3 months I drop over $1k on pool supplies. Today Chris Black, owner, told my son no more pool test unless we purchase every time we come in. Even though the signs on the door, and at the test desk and when you call and speak to a rep they say free water test. Not once does it say you have to purchase something in the store in order to get the free test! Stay away...bad business ownership with this location.
