I am a brand new pool owner and of course i know absolutely NOTHING about pool and the chemical tests etc. So i went in with the tail under my legs and i met KENT and OMG he was amazing, what a beautiful soul. He took his time to talk to me and explain to me how exactly my salt water pool works He then asked one of his employees (DANIEL) to please do a water test on some pool water that i had brought for them to test.
