I've been a customer with Pinch a Penny since 2019. Back when the owners ran everything the service has been great. Recently with Amber running things, it's been absolutely terrible. Very rude and disrespectful while never willing to figure any issues out. Hung up on me after their system said I owed them 200$ from 2021. This place has become a joke. Would not recommend
Called in a panic as the pool turned green just days before a party! The ladies I worked with were absolutely amazing. They came out same day and treated the pool. Came back out the next day to ensure everything was good to go! Customer service is truly 10/10!
My husband and I do everything for our pool ourselves with the help of the people at this pinch a penny. Especially Jay! They are very helpful and never make us feel bad, even when it looks like a swamp 😬 These pictures are 5 days apart! Thank you guys 💚
