Staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the issue that I was having.
The turnover is often, service is okay but they do keep raising prices without improving services!
This has been our go to pool store for the past 7 years. The staff is always helpful with answering questions and helping me keep my pool in good swimming shape. Recently, we were out of town and was informed that our pool was turning green with all the rain. We called the store and they were able to send someone out the next day so we didn’t return to a green pool! We really appreciated them taking care of it while we were gone. They also had great tips to keep this from happening next time we are away.
