Everyone at Pinch A Penny Pool on Santa Maria is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I stop in regularly for water tests, advice, supplies, or just a quick chat, and the team always takes the time to help. Ross has also handled a couple service calls for me and has been exceptional. Our family started using Pinch A Penny over a year ago, and at first, everything was fine. Then they said our salt cell had gone bad and needed to be replaced. The previous company we had used—right up until we switched to Pinch A Penny—said that was weird because the salt cell appeared fine. That came from the owner himself, who had seen it just weeks before. It had also passed inspection without issue when we bought the house. Although the A1A Pinch a Penny is located closer to us we always use the Santa Maria Blvd. location for any service calls. Have always had a great experience with Ross. He is polite and does a great job explaining the task at hand. We will continue to use this PAP location.
