I purchased a new vacuum, got home, and it wasn’t working very well. Troy (store owner) came over, on a Saturday afternoon, and did some troubleshooting. He was incredibly helpful, and got my system to 100%. He didn’t ask for anything in return. Customer service here is outstanding. You can tell they truly care about everyone who walks through the door. I’m pretty sure Troy knows where every pool is within a 10 mile radius. Haha!
