Sonya at the front desk was incredibly hostile and unhelpful when we came for an appointment with Dr. Pinal. This was for a follow up visit from a hospital stay. Her attitude was unappreciated, unneeded and caused an already stressful situation to be even more so. If Dr. Pinal wasn’t such a great doctor who had attended us when in hospital, we would have walked out.
