Been going to John's Pin Oak Automotive since we moved to Niagara Falls in 2018. Best decision I made. The technicians are capable and competent. John the owner is honest. His rates reasonable. His front office staff very thorough, personable andprofessional.
John runs the best auto shop that I have ever been to. I have been here numerous times and have had great customer service every time. They communicate everything so well and take amazing care of your vehicle. Will definitely be taking my Camaro back for any future service. Highly recommend 😋
John and his team are the best and most trustworthy around. Following government standards to back up his work I have personally witnessed extra time John has given to fully explain what and why repairs need to be made to actually save you trouble in the future. Comments given for bad reviews are fully and honestly explained. Good TRUSTWORTHY mechanics are hard to find but you have one here. I can fix your car for 2K but your better off buying a new one is my advice John told me so I did! Thanks John!
