Friendly staff and atmosphere. My 81 year old mom is visiting and needed a haircut desperately. I called around 9:00 a.m. and explained her circumstances and was able to get her an appointment with Samantha at 11:00 a.m. SAME DAY!!! Samantha showed my mom such kindness and incredible patience. I have been coming here for haircuts since I moved to Surprise a year ago. I feel so fortunate to have discovered this place. Michelle is absolutely wonderful and I always have such a great time chatting with her during my appointment. She’s very knowledgeable, friendly and makes you feel so comfortable and welcome. The salon itself is decorated so cute! It’s just a great experience all around! I highly recommend the salon.
