I was walking around the Burnsville Center and noticed Pimento from the 2nd floor. I thought yeah right, we'll see how Jamaican it really is. Once I got up to the counter, I could tell by the glorious smell that it was going to be good. I got the bone in chicken meal. I was in heaven! I tried some of the hot sauce, it was good but I decided it distracted from the delicious spices in the rub so I set the sauce aside. I am so excited I found this place. Yum!
Great eating! The jerk chicken is so good and their wraps are terrific! Simply a must have! You won't regret it!
Just had lunch catered today for an event. Tomme is the best! Simply the best. I'm not even sure what was my favorite since it was all so yummy! We had jerk chicken, jerk pork, coconut rice and beans , veggies and plantain. Just about everyone had seconds. We will definitely use Pimento again! Highly recommend
I've tried a many a spot to find an authentic tasting jerk to match the barrel cooked jerk chicken I feasted on in Negril. Never came close. This little spot, however, brought back the memories. Closest I've come yet. Noice! This'll be my weakness for a minute. If you want some jerk that'll do the trick, you won't regret it.

Glad to get some authentic YAWD food yesterday, the Ox tail was kicking :-). I've seen a lot of imitators, and as a Jamaican born and raised who know how REAL Jamaican food is supposed to taste and can cook very well myself; I am proud of my Pimento Jamaican Kitchen peeps and it gives me great pleasure to say that they are bringing a taste of Jamaica to Minnesota. Thumbs up!
Great food! Will definitely be a repeat customer. Nice to have something different other than regular food court stuff. Will have to try the patties next time.
Had the One Love Bowl today for lunch. The pork and the chicken were out of this world, amazing flavor and so tender. The plantains were incredible as well. Can't wait to have this again.
