If I were to recommend 5 restaurants in the Twin Cities, Pimento would be on my list. The flavors are alive! Even if you don't do the hot spices, what you'll get is flavorful and unique. Top notch.

Great food. Spicy if you want it. Good organic atmosphere. Great on a nice day. Food was authentic. Just returned from Jamaica and having lunch there felt like being back on the island.
The best thing is the very personal service. I loved the curry goat.
Great food every time. Nice in the summer when the door is open and you get the outside vibe of Eat Street. What's better than a Red Stripe and chicken curry?! The plantains are always delicious too. Every dish I've had has been really good. Today I had goat curry. Excellent! I also like that they use compostable bowls etc. Consistently top notch. I saw them in the Wing Ding event too. They are involved in a lot of community events.
I think Pimento is the best place to eat on Eat Street. If you're in Minneapolis, you have to check it out!
