They have a worker here named Gabby who racial profiles potential clients. Just thought I would throw that out there. She has made public comments using the Pimentel Realty Group LLC's name on her account. I wouldn't go through this company, more specifically with Gabby, if you are a person of color.
Ted Jesky "helped" my parents and i purchase a home . Be careful when buying a home with TED. He took $5,000 cash from my parents and only turned in $1,000 to escrow . Not only did he try to pocket $4,000 but he was also very unprofessional avoiding our calls and not answering our questions. He even harassed my lender . and to top it off once we closed , it was very difficult to get a hold of him to give us keys . After a challenging situation with our mom which required her to move out of her home, we partnered with Lino to sell her house. Lino and his team were responsive, professional, and went above and beyond in walking us through the process to sell. He helped to spruce up the house so we could get a better offer, and brought in multiple offers for us to decide on. Working with him made a challenging time a little bit brighter and a whole lot easier!
