I had no idea what I was capable of until I became a student at Pima. The entire staff went above and beyond to help me succeed as a medical assistant. I graduated with a 3.97 GPA and am now working as a medical assistant. I highly recommend Pima to anyone who has a dream of starting a career in the medical field! Pima medical institute is such a great experience if you make the most of it. It takes discipline, effort and accountability everyday. Mrs.Susan was very understanding when I first enrolled, she help me believe that I could commit to my education again after a while of not being in school. I am so grateful to have assisted Pima Medical Institue. I am a 2022 gradute in 2025 whom needed the assistance of Mrs. Wheeler our career service professor to get a job in the field. I am truly happy that i was able to come back after a few years of my gradaution. I got help right away with no hesistation at all. The process was very fast and professional over all. Thank you Mrs. Wheeler i appreciate you very much.
Pima was an up and down experience. Overall it's what you choose to make of it. The instructor can make or break your experience. Miss Green is THE best teacher there. She is so supportive and takes the time to show you how to do things the proper way and on a one on one setting even with a classroom of students. She cares and shows that she cares. I did the Medical Assistant Program & the instructors are amazing especially Mr. Mac who teaches the pre req math class and Ms. Green who teaches the labs and a more hands on approach. Other than that my time at Pima has been extremely difficult, it’s a just kinda disappointing on the leadership and respect aspect.
