Dr. Puri was fine, but a giant NO to everyone at the front desk. You’ll never receive a call back when leaving a message. I went to the front desk to have my records sent out of state. The woman there clicked a bunch of keys on her keyboard and then told me ‘done’. It was never sent. Worst customer service ever!

Every single time I make an appointment it is rescheduled without asking me or even telling me it's been rescheduled. I get a phone call saying I have an appointment (that I didn't schedule). Every, single, time. The office staff moves the appointments around and doesn't even ask if you can make it that day. Horribly unprofessional.

Pima Lung and Sleep (laCholla) I just wanted to everyone to understand what to lookout for if they choice this company and if you be use them don’t be surprise like me. I have made a total of 4 appointments at their Tucson , La Cholla location, three of them have been cancelled, 1 with same day notice from their office and 2 where I show up and was told the doctor had to leave. Worst medical office I've ever been to. No communication, nobody knows what is going on. Very unfriendly staff. Wait times outrageous.
