I have been on hold for 1:45 minutes for the Mortgage Department, in the 1st Que position, and still no one has answered the call. When I called the Main number I'm being told that "Everyone is in a meeting until 3:30 and no one can help me. Totally unacceptable.

$28.00 fee that they don't wanna reverse. This is my first time ever having a fee my acct and it would be nice to know that they are on my side and help me out a bit. It was a total accident and would of liked to be appreciated a little more. This is not the first time I have had issues with Pima fed. And thanks to the lady on the phone for not showing any care in the world for her company I will be removing my money and going to a different bank. If I was able to rate this company with 0 stars I would. Disappointed.

Absolutely irritated with Pima. I received a "holiday skip a pay" brochure and when I tried to do so online, there's a $35 processing fee. When I tried to log into my account, apparently there is a special way to set up the account, WITH NO INSTRUCTION TO DO SO. After hours of googling this issue, I finally found a solution. When I tried to deposit money into my savings to be able to do the skip a pay, there is no way to deposit money into the account online or in the app. After calling I was told they had to send a request ... read more

They have been great to deal with, i refinanced my car threw them they lowered my payment and rate! Would definitely use them again for my next loan!!
