Local branch not helpful for personal loans trying to consolidate debt. Don’t bother staying on hold for 30 min. just for the rep to tell you to apply online. What a joke. After a vehicle loan, credit card, and savings with these guys just pull out and go elsewhere. There’s better credit unions out there. 👎🏻

Will issue letters of credit for an auto loan, then withdraw them and change them around when you actually sit down at the dealership and wait for them for 2 hours... Not to mention the failure to call back and having to chase them down. Oh, and look up “cross collateralization”

approved for a loan over a month ago, and now we keep getting letters in mail threatening to raise interest rates because they have not received paperwork that we sent 3 times and sent with signature confirmation!!! online loan process does not have there ducks in a row!!!
