RecommendedShout out to Mario at the Thornydale branch. Today my son came in to cash in his piggy bank, my 7 year old put to many coins in the rolls and Mario was so kind to take the time to help him re count all of his money. Thank you Mario!

Why is it so hard to send an email to reset my password? Which I did last night and FOR SOME REASON I can’t access my account with the new password I had set... this is becoming very irritating. I’ve been with this bank since 2013 and I’m getting really annoyed...
Wasnt given correct info with removing courtesy pay fees off of our account. Was never told that it was something the primary account holder had to do. Was assured the fees where removed and now i have to eat a 200 dollar loss AFTER BEING LIED TOO AND GIVEN INCORRECT INFO. HORRIBLE BANK AND WILL BE WITHDRAWING MY BUSINESS ASAP
I have banked with PIMA for 18 years. Any time I have a problem they have always helped me solve it. I have never dealt with a rude employee nor have I ever been mistreated. I financed my truck with PIMA and I had no difficulties getting the loan or making payments. I did recently get a $29.00 charge for being $3 overdrawn and my deposit was made the next day. I don't even use this credit union but somehow I'm first in the holding que and have been sitting here waiting for almost an hour on hold. Now, looking at other reviews, I can see why!
