This place is unlike any other behavioral health clinic. An actual human answers the phone. No more listening to what button to push. Candace was so kind and nice to me. Adam was so helpful with my medications. He made my transfer from a different clinic very easy and with little to no stress. He cares about his patients and it shows. I forgot a refill for him and he had it fixed within the day without me having to call to remind him. All in all, they deserve 5+ stars!
The best thing I ever did was find Pima Behavioral Health. Adam is a kind and compassionate human being. Adam truly cares about people and their lives. He helped me get out of crisis and encouraged working towards building relationships and reclaiming my identity. My life is the best it has EVER been. I wish I would have found him sooner.
A fantastic modern way to get the help that you need. Dr. Rachel is caring, comforting, and understanding. She doesn't just want to prescribe you meds, she wants to help solve the issues you're dealing with. She remembers what you're going through and knows what will work best. I appreciate the modernity of online sessions and availability of the staff & Doctor. Thank you for helping get my life on track!
I have been a patient at Pima Behavioral Health for a year and a half. My provider Adam is patient and kind. He takes time to understand my experiences, wishes and history while guiding my care. The office staff are very responsive and kind as well. The team at Pima Behavioral Health is welcoming and professional. Nowadays that combination can be a challenge to find.
I have been a patient for over 2 years. I have really enjoyed working with Adam. I find his warm approach comes from a place of truly caring about his patients. Adam has really helped me to improve my mental health issues, and I highly recommend him to anyone seeking out a therapist.
