This place is amazing. The staff is always so pleasant and helpful when I call, Which means the world to me. Rachel Keranen has absolutely changed my life for the best. I have never had a psychiatrist make me feel so seen, I feel like I actually matter to her. It has been a very rough journey to get here and I’m so thankful Rachel was there to help me and find the right medications to improve my life and well-being. Forever thankful for where I am now thanks to the amazing staff here.

I have been under the care of Rachel Keranen for just 6 months and she is genuinely the best provider I have had in my long mental health journey. She is not only very knowledgeable in her field, but she is also extremely patient and empathetic. She allows me to voice my symptoms without feeling judged or dismissed and takes every bit into account when creating my treatment plan. I have never had a better experience a group of people supporting my mental health. My input is valued, and I feel like I have more control over the medications I take because we always assess to make sure it is the right fit. The people in the office are wonderful and the practitioners are well educated and understanding individuals.

This place is unlike any other behavioral health clinic. An actual human answers the phone. No more listening to what button to push. Candace was so kind and nice to me. Adam was so helpful with my medications. He made my transfer from a different clinic very easy and with little to no stress. He cares about his patients and it shows. I forgot a refill for him and he had it fixed within the day without me having to call to remind him. All in all, they deserve 5+ stars!

Adam Strieff is excellent. He takes time to listen, does not push meds, honors the holistic natural approach where appropriate. Adam respects my wishes. He identifies and separates situational/temporary challenging life events from chronic mental health issues. The best psychiatrist I've ever met. Much like Adam the office staff is incredibly kind, compassionate and responsive.
