I absolutely adore this Office! From the girls up at the front desk to my actual appointment with Rachel Keranen, everyone was so kind, helpful, and patient with me. The office environment is really peaceful and very welcoming. They’ve been the biggest help on my mental health journey. I highly recommend them. 🥰

In the beginning of my time here I expressed I didn’t want any medication that had heavy side effects or withdrawals. And than was proceeded to be put on a very heavy SNRI. My practitioner didn’t provide any further context other than it’ll make me “more motivated.” I did my own research and brought it up saying it seems like a difficult medication to get off. They are great in so many ways. Their services have always been seamless in meeting my needs, from prescription refills to scheduling. My therapist is always attentive and helpful, his first name is Adam. I have no doubt he would only partner himself with others equally qualified. I highly recommend Pima Behavioral Health. As a note - I am a 65 year old former teacher. I don’t like being spoken down to or “around”. I’ve experienced none of such behavior in my dealings with this practice. I award them an A+
