travel center 377 in Lerado Tx. Staff is rude, cleaning of the bathrooms are substandard at best during the Corona virus pandemic. We were forced to wait outside of the store while waiting on showers in the rain. Staff very slow at cleaning showers.

pilot as a whole is a great company. this particular location I'll never return to. balled up used toilet paper in corners. empty toilet paper rolls. pibic hair on seats. pee on seats. I've been.here 3 times now hoping it would change. sadly it has not. needs better management.
