I stop to eat,when in the store try to buy cigarretes the lady ask for my pilot card to validate a discount from the Marlboro company this the only place they ask for it,the coffee contains debris,filters are inexistent...worst place ever,rude people. Dont give purchase tickets

Catered to ALOT of day cab pneumatics..couple of power company bucket trucks and some more day cab container trucks......didn't leave alot of room for the driver's who DONT get to go home EVERY night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I stop at a pilot or flying j on a daily basis never have I encountered a staff this rude and disrespectful 3 staff members behind the counter and after standing there for an extended period of time I had to asked to be checked out and when I asked if I could scan my rewards card I was told no because I wouldn't receive points for my purchase I will definitely spread the word amongst my peers and coworkers to avoid this location at all cost
Very disappointed with Pilot going to be starting a petition to have less people fuel at your stores considering you want to be greedy and raise the gallons of fuel you have to buy for the shower power what a let down if it wasn't for truck drivers your stores wouldn't even be open.
