Very Clean Travel Stop If you find yourself traveling along Interstate 40 this is the place to stop for a quick break. It is very convenient to the interstate being right next to the on and off ramps. The restrooms are always very clean here. Plenty of snacks and souvenir shopping is available. The fuel prices here are usually a little lower than other nearby gas stations. It is a very busy travel stop but there are plenty of pumps available so the wait is not long. PROS: Very Clean, good prices CONS: can be very busy
great station This is a great gas station. They usually have the best prices on gas and they also have wonderful coffee. The employees are very friendly and helpful. It is a great place to stop in for all those on the road things.
always fresh coffee Every time I have driven through for coffee it is always fresh. Since I have worked overnights for years I don't eat breakfast when the rest of the world does. I like being able to drive through and get a sandwich when I get off work in the mornings.
Good prices I stop in here for coffe on my way through and also fill up with gas. It is a nice gas station and well worth he stop. Staff is always friendly.
Firendly Staff In this area friendly customer service is not being found. I appreciate a business where their cashiers and other staff are nice and courteous to their customers. I don't like to wait in the morning for a cashier who is off doing other business. It is called a convenience store and that is what I expect. Thanks for an enjoyable store! KUDOS!
Pilot Travel The gas prices here are usually VERY competitive in the area. I like going here for their fountain pop that you can add flavor to (like Cherry Dr. Pepper). Service is usually good.
Competitive Prices I stop here for gas when in the area since they seem to always be competitive. It seems they have extra security for your credit card at the pump since you have to enter in your zip code. Sometime you have to wait for a pump since they are always busy.
Selling food beyond expire date. Purchased a 'Naked' Strawberry Banana Juice Smoothie bottle at 4:30am on 7/20/2010. Drank bottle then glanced at expiration date... it was 6/29/10. About two years ago, the same think happened with a white milk. It was over two week past the expiration date. Same manager in charge of the store, I believe. Brought it to their attention then. Brought it to their attention now. Back then I would have fire the employee... after today, I would fire the manager.
Pilot never disappoints This is yet another great Pilot Travel Center along the I-5. They are all quite consistent in quality - clean pumps, large well-lit gas stations, a couple of attached restaurants, and clean bathrooms.
