I was a tenant with Pilot for over three years, and in that time I experienced nothing but amazing service!! They are so respectful to their tenants, and are very responsive when it came to maintenance requests. I highly recommend renting from them! If I hadn't moved out of state, I would still be a tenant!
One of the top property management companies we have used. They have worked with us through the process of renting a property and really went above and beyond to make it easy for us. They helped us do our whole application online and set everything up for us to make it just seamless. When we moved in they left a nice basket of all those things you forgot you needed like sponges and extra light bulbs. Pilot Property is the worst! This is the most unprofessional company we have ever used. They refused to do any maintenance work we requested and our property suffered because of it. Our house was left unlocked; keys were placed under a planter outside; house reeked of cat urine; vents were filthy; etc. All of this after we payed Pilot to have a 'cleaning service'. When we had the kitchen faucet repaired, the maintenance man replaced a $400 faucet with a cheap one. They continue to be insulting over email. I would never recom... read more
