Furnace went out on Friday, Called them on Saturday morning. Chris promptly called me back and arranged for visit before noon to check out the problem. He went over the furnace, checked it out thoroughly, cleaned and adjusted the fan and the flame sensor. Furnace was back in order and working fine. Chris also gave pointers on checking the furnace and keeping it in good shape. The service call was prompt and very professional. Highly recommend this company to anyone with heating or cooling issues.
Great Experience
I was having a problem with my furnace turning on than shutting off. On April 7, 2016 I called Pilot Mechanical Heating and Cooling. This was my first experience calling and dealing with this company. I spoke to Chris over the phone. I was very impressed by his warm, genuine and polite personality. Pilot Mechanical is professional in every way including showing up on time! Chris the owner and staff are honest. You immediately feel a level of trust. They take time to explain the work they performed and advise you if any future repairs may be necessary to avoid any "big" problems. Pricing is always competitive, extremely fair.

Pilot is phenomenal. I called Chris about our AC tripping the circuit breaker in the mid afternoon and he came out at 8pm that night! Next morning (at 6:30am) I had quote and 3 days later we are up an running with new AC. We have had a lot of work done by various companies over the past year and I can say without a doubt that Chris and his team were the most courteous and professional services people I have ever encountered in my 50+ years! Highly recommend them.
Chris goes above and behind on his work ! I called him up in the afternoon and later that evening he was at my grandmas house to assess her job . The following day he had a new hot water tank installed ! My grandmother was so impressed with Chris and his company . She told me she now has a new heating and cooling guy and someone that she can trust !!!!!! Chris also takes care of inspections on a rental for us to make sure we are running safe every year . Stay away from Pilot. Chris asked to replace the furance Motor and Heat exchange at $1400 or the whole system. But Done Heating replaced furance only at $400 to fix my furnace.
