Steak was cooked perfectly but veggies were chopped and mixed together making them a little mushy. Service was good but food came out a little cold. Glass bottom bar ... not impressed!
Obviously we stopped because of the Triple D hype. Prices for local fish were way too expensive ($30). For the Hogfish and Seafood platter... you would expect more but the delivery was poor. The staff was friendly and the location was beautiful. Don't spend the big bucks on the famous platters... stick to the local Grouper sandwich etc...
2 stars is generous. After I bragged to my girlfriend, about how much better the quality of food and service is, over Miami-Dade county, we were treated to an amazingly pedestrian meal with less than pedestrian service. We had 4 adults and 3 children in our party, so it wasn't an inexpensive meal, by any means. 3 of us order the "Famous Platters", all of us getting chicken. Jezanne and I loved this place. Service Good atmosphere great. African Queen from Humphrey Bogart movie was visiting. Too cool. Don't miss this. Band on weekend.

The food is decent, but not amazing. The fish being right under you is cool.
Obviously the cooks aren't interested in how you request your meat prepared. The wait staff asks - the cooks sent everything out to our table medium. The flavor was fabulous, just nit the appropriate level of doneness!
Nice local atmosphere with a real feel of Key Largo. Good, friendly service and reasonable prices with a view of their marina.
