I worked with Paige at Pilot Floor Covering to select flooring for our commercial building. It was a great experience from start to finish. Paige made the entire process easy. The work was done on time and the quality of the work was excellent.
From start to finish friendly customer service. I had them install vinyl and wall wall carpeting. There was a problem with the carpet that happened when it was made it was discovered after it was put down. They came back, pulled it all up and put another roll of carpet down! How can youask for anything more? It was a mistake that wasn’t theirs and they corrected it immediately! Good luck with that kind of services at the big box stores! OMG I never see a old men so rude, i when to place a special order, right from the start i notice the he is not the best salesman to made the long story short we have the contract in writing he say i will get my delivery in a week i talk him to put it in the contract. he when to the back and come back with two delivery, i say hey you say one week he got mad and say here is you money back i have to go
