OMG I never see a old men so rude, i when to place a special order, right from the start i notice the he is not the best salesman to made the long story short we have the contract in writing he say i will get my delivery in a week i talk him to put it in the contract. he when to the back and come back with two delivery, i say hey you say one week he got mad and say here is you money back i have to go
Pilot Flooring made my carpet buying experience easy. Zollie was great to work with on getting the carpet when I needed it and installing quickly and did a wonderful job. Zollie was great to work with and very flexible. I would highly recommend for all your flooring needs.
I wish that I could give this place a ZERO STAR!!!!!!! We drove to the Kernersville location Saturday Morning to look at flooring for our bathrooms. Their website and on their door states that they are open at 9am on Saturdays. When we arrived it was like 9:30 and the door was locked. There was someone inside so we knocked on the door. The man came to the door was rude and was stating that they are not open on Saturdays. We were like why does it say on your door and the website that you are open???
