I have called over 36 times to get a product replaced under warranty. The product failed with in 5 days of purchasing. It says it has a 90 day warranty. It is coming up on 80 days. Called Pilot Inc. All you can do is leave your name and phone number. I have left messages with all departments on there phone prompts. Still nothing. I guess after 90 day it goes in the trash. This was such a a waste of money. I gave them 2 stars because a lease I have a phone number to call.🥺
Company will not answer calls or emails. No customer service. ***MUST BE OUT OF BUSINESS***
I came across the issue with pilot product and reached out to customer service without not much of a hope BUT received prompt and positive response from Ty Mitchell and the issue I was dealing with was taken care of right away. Thank you so much - you have a customer for life and will recommend you to my friends and family!
