They were great! I received a text that my shipment had arrived in Portland. I had some questions about the delivery and logistics (because it’s a big crate) and the ladies in the office responded right away and got me scheduled for delivery the next day. The delivery was on-time and the driver was super nice and very helpful. I had a really good experience and everything was timely based on my experience with them.

Ordered large area rug from Costco on April 20th. Unable to track on PILOT. Notification stated "item not found". After 10 days, was able to see item noted as "waiting scheduling delivery". I called MAERSK customer service and was informed they "were not able to contact" me. This is untrue, as I did not receive any notification or phone call. Opionion: The worst customer service experience I have had in ages. Steer clear of this company for all your shipping needs. Mostly objective play-by-play for contextual drama: Once I was directed to the parent company, Maersk, website by the merchant's link, it showed the item as shipped 12/12. Granted it is nearing the holidays and delays are to be expected. Allegedly, the next day, 12/13, it arrived near my home. Horrible company, extremely rude women spoke with me. They cant even take a call, my package is a week late for no reason. Its been in my city for a week.
