It's rare that I'm spoken down to for asking a question like I just was. Especially when the person on the other end of the phone didn't even let me finish ending my question. Walmart, Sam's and Best Buy REALLY need to reconsider who delivers their freight.

Terrible. Delivered wrong pallet of electrical materials on my driveway when I ordered furniture. Then questioned why I opened it when it was wrapped and had no idea what was in the pallet. Agent on the phone had the nerve to ask me to bring it all in my house until it could be picked up the following week.., um No. Maybe double check what you’re dropping off at someone’s house next time.

At every turn, Pilot was nice, attentive, and very helpful. I scheduled an appointment for my grill on Friday and they delivered in a timely fashion and called my cell that morning. I don’t understand why the reviews are so negative. Do not be worried using this company. They knocked it out of the park.
