Awful company. Delivered my TV which was supposed to be signature required and left it on my doorstep. Clearly it was run over by a forklift, you could see the tire marks on the box, and of course one corner was damaged and all the foam inside crushed. Trying to send it back was a nightmare. Walmart uses them, and they sent them multiple notifications to pick it up, they never did. Tried to schedule online, and over the phone. Nothing. Worst delivery freight company my mother ordered refrigerator delivery driver dropped it wouldn't put in the house for an 89 yrs old woman.. Walmart stated they didn't receive any cooporation from them...
Excellent Customer Service, Yuri/Dispatch, and the rest of the team are very supportive.
Ordered a toilet from Home Depot and they use Pilot Freight Services. They don't answer there phones, you just get hold music. It is very frustrating and will now wait for them to call me back.
