I have used the Ken Duggan Team numerous times for inspections for my clients. My clients are always thrilled with the thorough explanations and details received from the inspection reports and walkthrough. I highly recommend them as a team. Great and friendly response time. You guys went above and beyond to help me and I really appreciate that as a single woman buying for the first time. Gave a 9 instead of 10 just to allow room for growth :) a cool add-on would be if the technology that takes the room photos could also take measurements. That would be a top tier feature to help home buys plan!

The team's attention to detail was amazing. As a sight-impaired individual, I often find that people tend to skirt over important issues. They went above & beyond. They provided a video, an easy-to-read floor plan, and a record-keeping system that is great for future reference. From the first contact to last, they were congenial, competent, and professional.

Larry Pfeifer was amazing he covered everything in an incredibly thorough manner. he was very available and spent over an hour on the phone going over every detail of his report. I am grateful that i had a great inspector to do the job. I bought a million dollar property with out seeing it. You have to have confidence in people, and I did in him. he really went the extra mile for us.
