Jeb was referred to us by our realtor, he was available quickly to inspect a newly built house we are buying. I was able to schedule and pay online which made things easy and saved time. I’m glad we had Jeb out to inspect, he found that the insulation sub contractor had “forgotten” to insulate an entire attic section above 2 bedrooms. Our detailed report with pictures was available online to share and print immediately after our inspection. I would definitely recommend Jeb from PillarToPost anytime.
I feel that Jeb did a very poor job inspecting our house. After we purchased our house we went into our crawlspace and realized that it was not "free and clear of debris" like the report said. When we called Jeb to discuss it, he admitted he did not inspect the entire crawlspace. His report never mentioned anything about not being able to inspect the entire crawlspace.
