AVOID! Paid a grand for nothing. Thankfully I came to the inspection and found multiple discrepancies the inspector missed, including a serious water leak. Now after his full inspection I’ve found multiple issues like outlets not working, kitchen lights that don’t function (no electrical to the box) etc. Paid a grand for nothing, and now out more money to fix the things he should’ve caught and the sellers fixed.
