Purchased our home back in April. Come to find out we had standing water, mold, and rotting support beams in crawl space of our home. Pillar to post stated evidence of moisture in crawl space. They did not recommend contacting a specialist like they're stating the had. In fact they stated that a crawl space could not be guaranteed dry. As new home buyers we had no idea it should always be dry. Apparently that was enough to cover their butts. 25,000 dollars in repairs. Getting stuck in a money pit because inspector couldn't be bothered with doing more then the bare minimum.
