Recently closed on a house that was inspected by this company. Turns out that they missed the almost 40 year old breaker panel that failed when there was a power surge that fried our panel for the forced air unit. The panel caught fire in the middle of the night, luckily it didn't ignite anything else. Had an electrician come out to inspect the breaker panel and he immediately mentioned the breaker panel was the issue because it was almost 4 decades old.
