We had Luke out to inspect a home we put an offer on, and he was very thorough and detail oriented. He spoke with us for over an hour answering questions and detailing everything that was going into the report. Specifying issues that would need more urgent attention vs things that just need to be watched was also helpful for us to plan. Luke with Pillar to Post is amazing to deal with! He had his inspector Kanon out to look at our house before we bought it, and he was super detailed. He spent 4+ hours going through our OLD house and didnt miss a thing! Luke even had enough time to meet us out there when Kanon was done to go through the inspection which was super cool to see.
