He came over and really did his job. Didn’t cut any corners and didn’t miss a beat. My house was a brand new build and still he found things that could have been added before the closing which I added on to my list. Saved me headaches and money.
Joe is extremely thorough in his inspection. He answered all our questions in a professional manner and helped to put us at ease. His report and record keeping system was so easy for us to follow. Joe found hidden problems with the property and we ended up withdrawing the offer. The inspection saved us from current and future problems that could have cost us tens of thousands of dollars, well worth the price of the inspection! We would definitely use Joe for future inspections!
Joe is amazing! He was really thorough and took many pictures. He also doesnt mind explaining to you any question you might have. My husband and I being first time home buyers, had a lot of questions. And he was just so helpful and pleasant. And he was very fast at getting us the report. I would highly recommend Joe for your inspection.
