There's a reason why I called Dane again. Just like our inspection in 2023, Dane was just as thorough in his inspection and detailed in his report this time in 2025. He was on time & finished on time. He was very patient and willing to answer all my questions regarding the inspection results and various courses of action. I don't plan on moving again but I'll call Dane next time. I would recommend him to anyone needing an inspection.
