I have used Charlie from Pillar to Post on a number of home inspections. He is my go to guy. Very detailed about not only the issues but also on the projected costs to resolve. He gives recommendations on how to do ongoing maintenance to reduces future problems. Just a great resource. A+

As first time home buyers, we weren’t sure what we were looking for, but Charlie took us through the house and showed us every nook and cranny. He climbed into crawl spaces and didn’t miss a thing.
