I liked the inspection that Mark performed in the house that I am buying. He was very professional and I felt like the inspection was thorough compared to what I heard from my friends with their inspections. I recommend doing the mid package with infrared, because that thing can see things that you wouldn't even think of.
Horrible experience! We are a military family that were moving from out of state. Trusted Mark at this company to do a home inspection for us. He missed SEVERAL problems with the house which costed us thousands of dollars down the road which we could have negotiated at the closing if he had done his job.
