Ryan did an amazing job. I know enough about homes to know when I'm speaking to an expert. He is one. He was thorough, patient, friendly, and punctual. I couldn't be happier.
Everything you want to have in a home inspection. He spends the most amount of time possible making sure every nook and cranny gets checked. I will definitely remember him when I buy my next house. Hell I might have him come back in 5 years just to check up on the house.
