Do not recommend using them for a home inspection. We paid for a home inspection and they missed a huge leak in the bathroom/shower. We moved into the house and day 2 found the huge leak as well as a ceiling/floor full of mold from this leak that was a long term issue. They claimed it wasn’t their fault for missing it and didn’t even refund us the money we paid. Now we’re out the $500 wasted for the inspection and now we have to pay to fix the bathroom which is thousands of dollars. Do not use them
