Inspector Mike Miller was awful. He did not leave things as he found them and he had to borrow equipment from me, the homeowner, to do his job. Every single light and ceiling fan was left on after he left, and he placed a piece of insulation on the floor of the basement. I have no idea where it came from. He was going to unplug a heavy plug and let it dangling by its very slim wire for over 2 days so he can use the outlet for his radon test. He had no regard for damaging my property in his effort to complete his inspection. ... read more
