Saw this company's truck almost nail a pedestrian in the west end and called to complain. Jeff answered and seemed to take my complaint very seriously. Hope to not see their truck drivers put pedestrians in danger again
Do not work with Pillar. 87 smith st location has bedbugs and they are not treating properly and several of my neighbors have caught them due to there negligence (edit after they were threatened with a fine they are finally spraying properly, honestly it’s quite insane that it took legal action to get them to do their job properly) (2nd edit, they’ve stopped spraying again because there is no threat of legal action. Honestly 0 stars if possible this is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with)

I had a fantastic experience with Pillar property management team. Their communication was excellent — they always responded quickly and provided all the information I needed without delay. Everyone I interacted with was professional, courteous, and made me feel truly valued as a client. Out of all the property managers I’ve dealt with in the past, they’ve been the best by far. Highly recommended!
