We have not had a good experience with Pillar homes. KC consistently does not answer e-mails and texts and the house we bought from them had an undervented roof that needed fixing, a barely serviceable HVAC system for its size, and improper installation of some basic things like cabinet panels (see pictures) that he refuses to make right. Finally, his subs cut our sprinkler line without telling us, and left us with a poorly transitioned lawn.
