I have the same issues as the review above and when I ask them about it they treat me like i'm an idiot. Also they are VERY snotty and rude! I had issues after they filled my cavities and they blamed it on something else and kept asking me to come back so they could make more money off of me. THEY ARE VERY MONEY HUNGRY PEOPLE!
too have had multiple billing issues with this office staff. Dental service is fine but office people are rude. They continously try to charge you more than your patient portion without checking with the insurance company to see what theyll be reimbursed for. They "tell you" theyve checked with the insurance company. I have found out twice that they did not check with the insurance company.
