I got an apartment with this guy and he scammed me! He hires people to work for him he doesn’t pay them anything this man does is fraud!
The owner rented equipment and did not pay the supplier. this is not a good business to do work with.
I had the Misfortune of Doing Business With Quintus Pillai of Pillai Builders. It was the most disappointing experience of my life. He Promised the moon and delivered a subpar product. Pillai's lack of transparency and accountability is the reason he will scam and steal from you. This place is a total scam and will rob you of all your money.
Pillai Builders replaced my siding and my roof this year. After getting bids from several siding companies, I went with Pillai Builders based on a recommendation from a friend. They gave me a great price and did a phenomenal job. The contractor took the time to add some finishing touches, which was over and above what I expected.
